BIOGRAPHY​

As your instructor, my first priority is your safety and growth. Whether you’re exploring the ocean, mastering breathwork, or navigating the science of the sea, I will ensure you build confidence, competence, and lasting memories along the way.

I’ve spent the last decade immersed in freediving, safety, and performance education—training globally from Egypt to Costa Rica and teaching hundreds of students through experiential methods. As a lifelong Arizona native, certified Physician Assistant, and Extreme Performance Training (XPT) coach, I use the water as a gateway to mental clarity, resilience, and peak performance.

Today, I live at the intersection of science and the sea, developing water-based education programs, exploring the underwater world, and helping others unlock their potential—one breath at a time.
